Shop our wish lists to directly support therapy sessions, classrooms, and programs serving children of all abilities across central PA.
Specialized Therapy Equipment
Some therapy tools used at Schreiber are highly specialized and not available through Amazon. These items help children build strength, communication, coordination, and independence through innovative, evidence-based therapy.
If you’d like to support one of these specialized needs, items can be purchased directly from the vendor and shipped to Schreiber.
Current Specialized Therapy Equipment Requests:
- Astronaut Training Spinning Board — Supports sensory integration and vestibular therapy in Occupational Therapy sessions.
- Cactus Pruning Activity Set — Helps children build fine motor and scissor skills.
- Fidget Popper Puzzle Kit — Supports hand strength and visual perceptual development.
- Ladybug / Whale Floating Ball Game — Encourages visual motor coordination and early scissor skill readiness.

If you’d like to drop off your donation, please contact Sara Anderson, Development Coordinator at 717-393-0425 ext. 150 or via email sanderson@schreiberpediatric.org at to coordinate drop off during normal business hours.
Donations of Gently Used Equipment and Toys
In certain instances, the Schreiber Center may accept donations of gently used equipment and toys for use in our therapy and education departments.
All donations must be pre-approved before items may be dropped off. Pre-approval helps ensure donated items can be safely and effectively used in our programs.
Please complete our equipment and toy donation inquiry form below, including uploading a photo of the item. A staff member will follow up via email to notify you if we are or are not able to accept the item(s).
Donation Guidelines:
- Please include the proper item name, i.e., LEGO Classic Brick Set or Medline 12″ Wide Kidz Pediatric Wheelchair with Telescoping Handles.
- For equipment, please provide the size and measurements.
- For wheelchairs, please measure the depth and width of the seat.
- Toys must be in good working condition with all pieces included.
- We cannot accept stuffed animals or any toys that cannot be cleaned daily.

Storehouse Medical Supply Closet is a community lending library for medical equipment and supplies, helping local families access items they need at no cost.
