Your gift to Schreiber doesn't have to come from your checking account.
Stock, retirement funds, donor-advised funds and cryptocurrency can all be used to support Schreiber. For some donors, these options can also offer financial or tax benefits compared with making a traditional cash gift.
Give Cryptocurrency
Turn cryptocurrency into opportunities for Schreiber kids.
Schreiber accepts Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies through The Giving Block. Donating cryptocurrency directly may offer tax advantages compared with selling it first and donating the proceeds.
Give Stock
Have stocks, bonds or mutual funds that have increased in value? You can donate them directly to Schreiber.
Giving appreciated securities may allow you to avoid capital gains taxes while supporting Schreiber with the full value of your gift.

Give From Your IRA
If you’re 70½ or older, you may be able to make a gift directly from your IRA.
A Qualified Charitable Distribution, or QCD, allows eligible donors to transfer funds from an IRA directly to a nonprofit like Schreiber. If you’re required to take a minimum distribution, a qualifying gift may also count toward that requirement.
Your IRA administrator can help you determine your eligibility and arrange a direct transfer to Schreiber.

Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund
Already have a donor-advised fund? You can recommend a grant to Schreiber.
Simply request a grant to Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development through your fund administrator.
You can also name Schreiber as a beneficiary of all or a portion of the funds remaining in your account as part of your future plans.
