What To Expect

Short, Focused Sessions

Each screening lasts approximately 20 minutes and is led by a licensed pediatric physical therapist. Families receive expert feedback and a simple summary of findings following the session.

No referral or insurance is needed.

Personalized Attention

Before the screening begins, we’ll review your baby’s brief intake history and discuss any concerns you may have.

During the screening, we observe how your baby:

  • Progresses through developmental milestones
  • Moves and responds to movement
  • Reacts to touch and positioning
  • Tracks visually

Clear Next Steps

At the end of the screening, you’ll receive one of three recommendations:

  • No concerns — your baby is developing as expected
  • Mild concerns — we may recommend a follow-up screening in 1–2 months
  • Moderate concerns — we may recommend a full evaluation and referral for therapy services

Why It Matters

Peace of Mind

You know your baby best. If something feels “off” or you simply want reassurance, this screening offers expert insight in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Even when everything looks great, hearing that from an experienced pediatric physical therapist can bring confidence and clarity.

Early Detection

Many developmental concerns are easiest to address when identified early, but signs are not always obvious. A screening can help identify potential delays early or provide reassurance that development is progressing as expected.
