Lancaster MusicFest 2026

Enjoy a full day of live local music, delicious food, craft beverages, local artisans, street performers, and family-friendly fun at Lancaster MusicFest. Hosted by the SmartHub Foundation, this annual outdoor festival celebrates Lancaster’s vibrant music scene while supporting two local organizations making a difference in children’s lives.

Supporting Schreiber

Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development is honored to once again be a beneficiary of Lancaster MusicFest. A portion of proceeds from the festival helps ensure local children can receive life-changing pediatric therapy, education, recreation, and support regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
