Endowment Opportunities

Endowment support gives Schreiber a lasting foundation, helping us provide exceptional care, innovate therapies, and plan for the future. Gifts to the endowment ensure every child can thrive—today and for generations to come.

Schreiber Endowment

Established in 2014 with an initial $100,000 gift from the Seraph Foundation, the Schreiber Center Endowment provides a dependable and perpetual source of income, ensuring that children with special needs receive care for years to come.

Schreiber’s unrestricted endowment provides lasting financial security while allowing flexibility to meet the greatest needs of our children and families. Both the income and the principal may be spent at the discretion of Schreiber’s Board of Directors and management, ensuring that your gift is used with care where it will have the most meaningful impact—today and for years to come.

James W. DeBord Presidential Leadership Fund

Established by Jeffrey and Katherine Kirk, this restricted endowment provides vital support for initiatives that strengthen Schreiber’s mission and leadership. Guided by the President and approved by the Board, the fund may be used for emerging technology, equipment, staff development, recognition, or other special priorities that enrich our organization.

Where Heroes are Made Endowment

Following the success of Schreiber’s 2023 – 2024 capital campaign, Where Heroes are Made, funds raised above and beyond the cost needed for the building campaign were placed into a restricted endowment ensuring the Center can continue delivering high-quality pediatric therapies and support services for children with disabilities and developmental delays. Income generated from the endowment may be used to cover essential operating costs, sustain programs not fully supported by insurance or medical assistance, and respond to emerging needs within the community.
