Independent Activities of Daily Living Program (IADL)

For teens preparing for life after high school.

Teaching essential life skills such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, money management, and more to teens and young adults who require additional support. These skills enable participants to manage daily routines and activities independently.

Each class is capped at six participants for more personalized instruction tailored to each person’s individual abilities and progress.
