Volunteer Application Information

To begin your journey as a Schreiber volunteer, please complete the appropriate application(s) below.

Varying levels of background clearances are required for specific volunteer opportunities. Please obtain the needed clearances before completing the online application. Volunteer Application Details

To volunteer at a Schreiber-hosted event, please register through Civic Champs.

For Schreiber volunteer opportunities that routinely occur onsite at 625 Community Way and/or would require contact with a child during your volunteer duties, we ask that you obtain the following two clearances:

If you already have these clearances and they are valid within the last 60 months, we will gladly accept those documents. Please be prepared to upload them at the end of the online application.

To volunteer with S.T.A.R.S. Preschool, the following three clearances are required:

If you already have any of these clearances and they are valid within the last 60 months, we will gladly accept those documents. Upon receipt of each of the three clearances, please submit the online application and be prepared to upload your documents at the end of the online application.

To volunteer with the Circle of Friends Academy, the following clearances are required:

If you already have any of these clearances and they are valid within the last 60 months, we will gladly accept those documents. Upon receipt of each of all documents, please submit the online application and be prepared to upload your documents at the end of the application.

To become a camp volunteer, we ask that you obtain the following two clearances:

*Summer Camp Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age*

For court-ordered community service, we ask that you obtain the following two clearances before you may begin volunteering at the Schreiber Center:
