Schreiber Pediatric names Susan Fisher volunteer coordinator

Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center, East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, recently named Susan Fisher volunteer coordinator.

Fisher, who lives in Lancaster, will recruit and manage the hundreds of volunteers who support Schreiber’s work.

Previously, she was program director for Keystone Human Services, where she managed two group homes with six intellectually disabled individuals.

She graduated from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and sociology.

Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, as well as educational and recreational programs for nearly 4,000 children in Lancaster County living with congenital and acquired disabilities, and developmental delays. Schreiber also provides services for typically developing children, including a PA Stars 4 Star early learning center for children ages 12 months to 5 years.
