About the Camp

LEGO Social Skills Camp is a specialized program designed to foster social engagement and communication skills among children aged 8-13 years old, particularly those living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Through the shared enjoyment of LEGO building, participants are provided with a unique opportunity to develop vital social skills in a supportive environment.

Camp Director

Precious George, Director of Behavioral Health, brings years of experience in behavioral health and a passion for supporting children with ASD.

Approach

LEGO Social Skills Camp employs a structured approach to facilitate the development of various pro-social skills, including greetings, turn-taking, joint attention, problem-solving, and more. Through engaging LEGO activities and guided interactions with peers, participants learn and practice essential social behaviors in a supportive and encouraging setting.
