Cancellation

For your convenience, we are now accepting cancellations by text message. Please send a text message to the Scheduling Department at 717-617-8004 with the following information:

• Date/time of your appointment
• Your child’s name
• The reason for a cancellation

A staff member from the Scheduling Department will generally respond within 24 hours.

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice with your request to cancel.
