Schreiber Sweet Soiree Gala raises more than $108,000

(LANCASTER, Pa.) -— President James DeBord welcomed guests to Schreiber Pediaric’s 33rd Annual Gala, a Schreiber Sweet Soiree, at Lancaster Country Club Saturday, March 28. The event raised more than $108,000, setting a Schreiber gala record, to support thousands of children with special needs that receive therapy services at the Center.
Upon arrival, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while mingling around enticing silent auction tables. During the dinner hour, they were formally introduced to this year’s four Ambassadors and their families: Emily Graver, Alexander Johanning, Sienna Matthews and Anthony Melendez. Following dinner, guests participated in competitive bid wars for live auction items followed by dancing to the local band Mama Tried. WGAL’s Anne Shannon emceed the auction, which was conducted by Keller Auctioneers.
