Coffee for a Cause!

(LANCASTER, Pa.)-—Enjoying a cup of coffee on Friday, April 25, could mean supporting a child with special needs. Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center’s COFFEE DAYâ„¢ Campaign starts Friday, April 11 and runs through Friday, April 25. During this two week fundraiser, community members can purchase $1 or $10 COFFEE DAYâ„¢ cards at participating restaurants, local Susquehanna Bank branches and Schreiber Pediatric to be redeemed on COFFEE DAYâ„¢, Friday, April 25, for a free cup of joe! Proceeds benefit Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center and the nearly 4,000 children it serves each year.

The event’s annual breakfast kick-off will take place on Friday, April 11th at two locations-—Gus’s Family Restaurant in Mount Joy and Country Table Restaurant in Mount Joy. The 2014 Schreiber Pediatric Ambassadors will visit restaurant patrons while WJTL FM90.3’s Lisa Landis and 101 the Rose’s Breakfast Club Bryan Jordan host their morning shows live(!) from respective locations. Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center is a nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapies, as well as educational and recreational programs thousands of children in Central PA living with congenital and acquired disabilities and developmental delays.
