Pediatric Outpatient Mental Health Counseling helps children meet their full potential. Our children’s behavioral therapists work with children ages 3-20 with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, depression, anxiety and conduct disorders. Other concerns that may be a focus of clinical counseling can include parent-child relational problems, grief and loss, adoption, foster care, divorce and abuse. Our behavioral therapy for kids specializes in creating an individualized treatment plan designed to effectively meet the specific goals of each child and family.

In addition to one-on-one sessions with the child, parents, caregivers and siblings are incorporated into the sessions to promote family growth and reinforce specific behaviors to help the child meet his or her goals. Play and other treatment modalities are incorporated into the session to encourage communication, self-expression and learning and to practice new skills in a fun and playful environment.

Our Pediatric Outpatient Mental Health Counselors have experience in play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral analysis, and other treatment modalities.

Private insurance and Medical Assistance will be accepted.
