Schreiber Pediatric names new director of finance

(LANCASTER, Pa.) — Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center hired Marybeth Tearpock as director of finance. Tearpock has extensive finance experience in both nonprofits and health care. She was previously the finance director for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and before that she worked for nine years as the chief financial officer at United Disabilities Services Foundation in Lancaster.
For Schreiber, Tearpock will manage the financial operations of the center. That will include working with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and establishing efficiencies and processes that ensure financial stability and enhance business operations.
Tearpock received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, N.Y. She lives in Ephrata.
