Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center was initially founded as a response to the polio epidemic in 1936 by concerned community members and the Rotary Club of Lancaster. Today, the Center is a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization that provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, as well as educational and recreational programs for nearly 4,000 children in Lancaster County living with congenital and acquired disabilities and developmental delays. Schreiber Pediatric’s goal-oriented approach maximizes each child’s ability to function as independently as possible within the community. For more information, visit www.schreiberpediatric.org.
