This year's event is being played in memory of Steve Johnson, umpire for over 15 years for the Manheim Struggling Farmers' Softball Team.

Our FUN-FILLED 48-hour Softball Weekend is open to teams of 12 -16 players. Teams are matched to play according to their ability level and assigned a 3-hour block of playing time. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Teams and individuals compete to raise the most money and win prizes. Ask family, friends and co-workers for pledges to help support the nearly 4,000 amazing children Schreiber Pediatric serves each year!

A signed waiver for each player and all money raised must be turned in before you begin to play. Waivers and pledge forms are available at the front desk at Schreiber Pediatric or you can request them by mail by contacting Morgan Kister at (717) 393-0425.

A $50 pre-registration fee is due within 7 days of reserving your playing time. This money counts towards your teams overall fundraising. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, check and money orders are accepted. ALL teams must raise a minimum of $250 to play. Prizes awarded to top individual and team fundraisers.

Want to play but don't have a team? Sign up as an individual and we'll find a team for you! Registration is just $25.

Sunday is Tournament Play!
Starting at 9:00 a.m. @ Froelich Park, Mountville

• Double Elimination: Each team is guaranteed two 7-inning games (75 minute limit per game)!
• Slow Pitch
• Co-ed -- Three girls MUST be on the field at all times (1 infielder, 1 outfielder, 1 pitcher OR catcher)
• Open Roster (16 player limit)
• Minimum playing age: 16

Team must raise $500 to participate and any individual who raises more than $100 will receive additional prizes. ALL players will receive an official Schreiber Softball Weekend t-shirt! The tournament champions will receive an engraved trophy, baseball caps and the right to defend their title next year!
