 
On Sunday, July 27, 2008, the Schreiber Center held its 20th Annual Rubber Duckie Race™ & Festival at Lancaster County Central Park. 23,000 ducks raced down the Conestoga River to help raise over $127,000 for the Center's therapy programs and services. - A Quack Pack (three ducks): $10.
- A Daffy Dozen (12 ducks): $50. You will receive 12 different ducks! Includes the 20th Birthday duck, exclusive to this dozen.
- A Flock (25 ducks): $100.
Flock owners will receive 25 official duck tickets, 5 souvenir ducks, an official Rubber Duckie Race poster and T-shirt, plus recognition on a flock sign posted on Race day.

Volunteer Opportunities
The Schreiber Center is in need of some fine-feathered friends to help us get ready for the big Race! More than 200 people volunteer before and during the event to help make it a quacktacular success. How can you help?
- Duck Sales - Help us to sell 25,000 ducks!
- Pack and organize Race supplies
- Set up the festival on the big day.
- Games - help with one of ours or make up one of your own.
- Catch duckies at the finish line!
- Tear Down when it's all over.
- Unload Trucks at the Center.

Direction to the Festival
From Lancaster City and North
Route 222 South to Lancaster City. Turn Left onto Route 462 (West King Street). Proceed 2 blocks to South Duke Street. Turn Right and follow South Duke Street for approximately 1 mile (stay in the right lane) to the traffic light at South Duke and Chesapeake. Turn Right onto Chesapeake Street. Take the next left onto Strawberry Street. This is the Park entrance. The Rubber Duckie Festival will be on the right-hand side.
From Lancaster City and South
Route 222/272North through Willow Street. As you pass over the Conestoga River (entering Lancaster City), look for Greenwood Cemetery on the right. Turn Right at the first light after the cemetery (Chesapeake Street). The Park entrance is on the right at the bottom of the hill.
