• Gift by Will
  Donors may wish to include a gift to the Schreiber Center as a meaningful part of their estate planning. Gifts may include a bequest of cash, stock or property in a specific sum or percentage, real estate or a trust. Specific language should be used to ensure that the gift goes directly to the Center. The recommended language reads:

  "I give, devise and bequeath to the Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center of Lancaster County the sum of -----". (or otherwise describe the gift.)

  Please consult your attorney for full details regarding this type of gift.

• A Gift of Securities
  Stocks and bonds that have increased in value are an excellent way to give. If your gift is stock that you have owned for more than one year, you may deduct the full market value of the gift as a charitable contribution.

• Insurance
  To qualify as a gift, the Center must be the owner and the beneficiary of the insurance policy. If the premiums are paid by the donor on a policy that the Center owns, the amount of the premium is tax deductible.

• Life Income Gifts
  Certain types of gifts can qualify as a charitable deduction and provide income to the donor. These include gift annuities, pooled income trusts and charitable remainder trusts.

NOTE: PayPal will have donor do the following:

1. Donor chooses how to pay - they can pay with their credit card if they already have a PaylPal account or even if they don't
2. Donor enters personal address information for billing
3. Donor confirms credit card charge
