Current Volunteer Opportunities

Join us at Schreiber Pediatric through one of our many volunteer opportunities. Together we are committed to serving the needs of children and adolescents in our community. With friendly staff and children who are guaranteed to put a smile on your face, Schreiber is a great place to share your gifts of time and talent. Each volunteer needs to complete clearances to work at Schreiber.

Check back often as the available opportunities change regularly.

To volunteer for any of the following opportunities contact Susan Fisher at 717-393-0425 ext. 129 or

Swim Buddies

Our S.T.A.R.S. Preschool needs Swim Buddies for each session. Accompany our preschoolers into the therapeutic pool here at the Center and help them learn water safety and have some fun. All you need is a one-piece bathing suit (or a t-shirt) and a towel. The swim instructor will provide directions for the session. Volunteers need their Child Abuse and Criminal Background. Links are below. Without enough volunteers, we can't offer the classes.
