Chris Yost teaches a new generation of young swimmers

There's a pretty good chance you've seen Chris Yost at Schreiber, probably in a bathing suit. Chris is one of Schreiber's paid swim teachers, providing private lessons each week and leading the group lessons for our preschoolers each month. Her connection to Schreiber started as a volunteer.

New group offers resources for parents

Reenie Panzini, one of Schreiber's most passionate supporters and the parent of a teen with special needs, recently organized a new parents group. She calls the group Parents 625, a nod to the fact that the group initially plans to meet at the same time as Schreiber's Club 625 events for teens. The parents group will meet to discuss issues related to older teens as they transition into adult lives. Here's an update from Reenie on the first meeting.

Duckie sales start this week

July 1 marks the official start of tickets sales for the 2015 Rubber Duckie Race. As you might have already heard by now, the date of the race this year is Sunday, Sept. 13, but there's a lot of other new stuff happening around this year's race. This year's theme is Beach Party Duckies, so get the new collectible ducks now! Here are five things to know about our 27th Annual Rubber Duckie Race.
