The Brenneman boys are all Schreiber boys

Danielle Brenneman's first son Miles was born with cerebral palsy. He received services from Schreiber starting with early intervention home visits from Schreiber Physical Therapist Kristie Schroeder when he was 6 months old, and began at Schreiber's S.T.A.R.S. Preschool when he was 3. Dani was so happy with all of her experiences, she sent two more boys -- Levi and Issac, both typically developing -- to Schreiber, too.

Remember, this is the day of online giving organized by the Lancaster County Community Foundation to support participating central Pennsylvania nonprofits. The past few years, thanks to your generous support, we have been fortunate to finish among the top 10 nonprofits in terms of dollars raised and donations received. And that money has helped us provide services for kids like Shelby Stroman and Kami Appleby. With your help, we can do that again this year. Here's the plan.

Sophia Robles Finds Hope at Schreiber

When Malexi Robles noticed something unusual about her daughter's movements, she called Early Intervention for an evaluation. They referred her to the S. June Smith Center, where Sophia received weekly therapy appointments from the age of three months. The Center recognized the signs of cerebral palsy early, but they had to wait until she was 2 years old to give her an official diagnosis.
