Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development is looking for a skilled HR Coordinator/Executive Assistant to oversee all employment lifecycle duties from recruiting to benefits, compliance, recordkeeping, advising in personnel issues to conclusion. The position will also be expected to assist the President with daily administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; preparing and distributing agendas, compiling documents, attending and taking minutes at Board of Directors and committee meetings. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a broad knowledge of HR and general office support and be able to independently prioritize workload to meet deadlines. 1-2 years' experience in HR or administrative work required. Exciting opportunity to manage and supervise a new behavioral health outpatient program to complement a well-established provider of children services in Lancaster County. The Program Supervisor will oversee daily program operations; establish clinical practice policies; assure compliance with professional ethical and legal guidelines and insurance contract provisions; supervise clinical staff, oversee program budget, maintain caseload of clients and collaborate with other departments within the Center. The Program Supervisor is a full-time position, reporting to the President as a member of the management team. Must be a LPC or LCSW in Pennsylvania with at least 5 years experience and 2 years supervisory experience. Significant experience with children and adolescents is required. Knowledge and experience of "health psychology" and models of play therapy are preferred. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current Pennsylvania child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances required. The Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development provides a generous benefit package, flexible schedule & competitive salary.
